HRCSL introduces new scribe to AG

The Human Rights Commission of Sierra Leone have recruited Joseph Manking Kamara as their new Executive Secretary. Before assuming the position of Executive Secretary of HRCSL, Joseph Kamara served in the capacities of Deputy Executive Secretary and Director, Directorate of Monitoring and Research with the Human Rights Commission Sierra Leone.
