The Human Rights Commission of Sierra Leone with funding from Irish Aid/UNDP decided to train of our law enforcement officials (LEO) on the Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs), the code of conduct for law enforcement and the role of LEO during State of emergency (SOE), COVID 19 and their human rights impacts. This will be carried out in two regions where reports of such conducts were rife and noted to have taken place
