The HRCSL conducted two days Training of Trainers for District Human Rights Committees on treaty body reporting and international mechanisms, complaints handling and investigation; monitoring, research and reporting; gender and human rights and reporting; resource mobilization; advocacy and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
