The Human Rights Commission of Sierra Leone (HRCSL) has met with a team from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) at the Commission's conference room to discuss the Commission’s possible intervention for the 2023 elections, the current public inquiry into the conduct of law enforcement officials, youth, democratic governance and women.
